The proud parents, the dancing, the tears, the joy and the love. So many tiny moments come together to create your unique love story.
Heather’s goal is to provide you with a selection of photos that will bring back the emotions of your wedding day to enable you to relive it again and again. Heather wants you to feel proud to show your grandchildren and to sit down and say this was our wedding day when you pull out your photo album. Allow Heather to capture these memories in time to remind you of how much you love and are loved by family and friends.

Heather does not believe that wedding photography is one size fits all. She knows that HA Brides are unique and she works VERY hard to make it personal to the couple. If you are the bride who wants joyful, genuine portraits of yourself and new groom but also want an incredible experience Heather would love to work with you. After getting to know you online and finding out about your love story and who you are as a couple, you will determined if you are a match made in heaven you then move onto the booking process!…..

YAY!!! You were made to be a HA Bride! Now let’s make sure your date is safe and secure so that we can make this dream a reality. Heather will send you a review of your package and you pay your deposit to make everything officially official!! Now that you’re an official HA Bride and Groom, its time to get started!….

Let the fun begin! After you book, Heather and yourself will schedule your engagement session. And don’t worry …. Heather will teach you everything! Heather thrives at helping her couples get comfortable and feel like themselves. After 20 minutes of your session, you will be pros! Heather has NEVER had a couple not feel at ease. Even if you think you are not photogenic or your fiancé “hates having pictures taken,” you will be killing it after 20 minutes has gone by! By having an engagement session before your wedding it helps get all the nerves out and helps you become comfortable with Heather. Lets start capturing the joy of this new season of your life together!….

Once Heather and you are 8 weeks out from your big day, Heather will start making sure that she is completely prepared for you wedding day. Heather loves creating custom timelines for her couples, to ensure that you don’t miss out on your dream wedding photos. You know all those dreamy portraits, fun family shots, and detail images that look like they are straight out of a magazine. Heather works with her HA Brides to plan their day so that they can actually have images like that of their own!….

It’s here! It’s time to celebrate, relax, and let Heather get to work! This day is going to be a blur to you and Heather makes it a priority to capture the traditional shots that every bride needs while also capturing the moments in between in a creative and unique way!

After your wedding day is over, you will receive an online gallery full of your wedding memories! Heather does not like her brides to wait long for their galleries as its such an exciting time. Heather encourages her HA Couples to sit down with a glass of wine the night that their gallery goes live and enjoy reliving their wedding day through their images snuggled up on the couch together.

Located 17 minutes from Invermere BC just outside of Radium Hot Springs Radius offers spectacular views. Located just 20 minutes from Invermere BC Panorama Mountain Village this cozy village makes the perfect setting for family and friends to celebrate. With beautiful views of Panorama ski hill and the surrounding mountains it makes for a beautiful setting. Panoramas ceremony site is nestled on the banks of Toby Creek with open air greenspace, this location is close to the heart of the resort and it’s capacity is 250 people. The CPR Lodge:
Located in Invermere, BC the CPR lodge was built in the 1920’s on the Fort Ridge of Peninsula by the Canadian Pacific Railway to house its workers. After operating as a tourism resort years later the lodge and cabins later became a summer retreat for wealthy young women, followed by a ranch camp for girls. In 2007 when descendants of the previous owners the Weirs were wanting to sell the property, the District of Invermere stepped in and moved the lodge to its current location. This quaint lodge is now available for renting out for your special occasion. The capacity is 80 people and sits along the beach in Invermere.

Columbia Valley Centre:
Located in Invermere, BC the Columbia Valley Centre opened on September 20,2017 and is the hub for many private events. The centre features a large modern main hall, a spectacular roof top patio, a commercial kitchen, and washrooms. This centre has an amazing capacity at 600 people and has five event/function spaces for you to choose from.

Blue Lake Camp:
Blue Lake is the ideal location for a do it yourself destination wedding. The outdoor facility is located just 45 minutes south of Fairmont Hot Springs, and 70 minutes north of Cranbrook. Ceremony locations include waterfront or forest backdrops. Wedding packages include the use of wooden wedding arch and benches. The dining hall provides an indoor reception space. The bright and airy dining hall seats up to 130 people and features a commercial kitchen and covered deck. You have the option of preparing your own meals, bringing in the caterer of your choice, or hiring the chef at Blue Lake to provide catering.
